- Description
- This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year option years. The part being procured is Cover, Receptacle, AEAND for NSN 1560-01-046-9958.� There are two approved sources for supply:� Lockheed Martin, CAGE 81755 and Aerospace & Commercial Technologies, CAGE 1XKR3, both with Part Number 16B5506-11.� The Estimated Annual Quantity is 18 each.� The required delivery schedule is 158 days. Configuration Control applies. ��Government First Article Test is required.� FOB Destination.� Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. �DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.� Solicitation issue date is 04 MARCH 2021.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.�
