Information is being gathered for market research purposes only. Industry exchanges are at the discretion of the Contract Specialist. This is not a request for quotes. This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://BETA.sam.gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. VA is seeking qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of providing scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration and on-call corrective maintenance on ARJO Ceiling Lift. Qualified sources must able to provide the following service: 1. Must utilize the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) procedures and checklist or supplied equivalent satisfactory to the local VA point of contact (POC). 2. Provide all parts, materials, software updates, and labor for preventive maintenance. 3. Provide non-routine preventive maintenance repairs on government owned Pulmonary Function Unit (ceiling mounted lift equipment). 4. Must submit field service reports for each preventive maintenance procedure. 5. Provide aligning, calibrating and lubricating the equipment. 6. Perform remedial maintenance of non-emergent nature. 7. Testing and replacing faulty and worn parts. 8. Inspecting and replacing electrical wiring and cables for wear and fraying.
