- Solicitation # HHSN-NIH-CCOPC-SBSS-21-005416 This is a Small business Sources Sought notice.� This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.� The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources:(2) whether there are small businesses, HUBZONE small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or (8a) small businesses, veteran- owned small business, woman-owned small businesses or small disadvantaged businesses veteran owned small businesses; woman owned businesses, or small disadvantaged businesses and (3) �their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition.� Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.� An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable code should not submit a response to this notice.� Purpose The purpose of this notice is purchase animal storage supplies for the well-being of research study animals through reliable environmental control is a primary concern and studies compromised by the contamination of animals is catastrophic to the health and safety of each animal as well as the success of expensive long-term research. This vendor manufactures an provides the most extensive line of laboratory animal housing and care equipment available. The mouse cages are eexclusively for housing mice providing high density housing with up to 180 individually ventilated cages ( IVC�s) per system. RAIR HD Super Mouse 750� Racks hold mouse populations of up to 900 adult mice in one mobile unit, with 2 different cages sizes that can be mixed and matched as needed.
