Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services intends to award a sole source contract for soil remediation efforts. The Justification for Full and Open Competition and intended solicitation are attached.� The Government believes that FC Remediation SEFC, LLC is the only vendor under the current Public-Private Development Agreement. The Government intends to acquire this service under the guidelines of Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with FC Remediation SEFC, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can provide this service, per the attached solicitation, without compromising the Public-Private Development Agreement, that party may submit a response that may be considered by this office.� Please send an email requesting a copy of the Statement of Work which is too large to attach in this system. A statement of capabilities may also be sent and will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future parcels. This statement must include your work with the Developer, Brookfield, your experience, and your pricing. Any response shall be received no later than 8:00am EST on March 10, 2021 and sent to Ericka.wilson@gsa.gov , Contract Specialist or Kenneth.Gipson@gsa.gov, Contracting Officer.
