Description: This Pre-Solicitation announcement is to inform the public that the Government intends to modify IDIQ contract M67854-18-D-0038 to add additional Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) kits to include but not limited to the Automatic Fire Extinguisher Systems (AFES). ��These additional Kits will increase the number of ECP Kits currently on contract. Oshkosh is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the MTVR, which are currently fielded.� OEM ECP Kits including AFES are required for the non-reducible and reducible height armored MTVR. These kits will utilize the OEMs MTVR Technical Data Package for development.��
