- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN: 6695-01-445-5872 / Panel, Indicator.� The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.� This is a 1C item and the OEM�s listed are: BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP., Cage 06085, under P/N 12365167 BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP., Cage 076M6, under P/N 12365167 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334513.� Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.� Estimated annual demand quantity is 8 each per base year and each option years.� Surge requirements does not apply.� Required delivery is 198 days ARO.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required.� Export Control does apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is required. �Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
