- BLM-CO-NWD - Piceance Basin CRI III - 3328 Acres ----- This is a pre-solicitation for cultural resource inventories on 9 separate areas (one report) in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. No quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time. ------ Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov at the time of solicitation closing 2. Current Colorado-BLM CRUP for area being inventoried at the time of solicitation closing 3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Service Contract Act Wages for applicable counties 7. Total WOSB Set-Aside for NAICS 541620 - Size Std - $16.5M 8. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable. ----- The full solicitation should be out by mid April and will close by the end of the month.
