Description

Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is R799, the NAICS Code is 541990 and the size standard is $16.5M. Notice of Intent for Award: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to Alaska Nannut Co-Management Council (ANCC), for consulting services to draft a harvest management plan for the co-management of polar bears in Alaska in two phases and related necessary tasks. This will involve maintaining staff for ANCC and securing legal counsel as needed, arranging travel and logistics for ANCC meetings, arranging ANCC representation at both domestic and international meetings related to polar bear management, and arranging meetings in ANCC communities to conduct outreach and further efforts related to the draft Co-Management Agreement and draft Chukchi Sea Polar Bear Harvest Management Plan.
