Description

BLM-CO - Sutey Ranch (Carbondale) Bike Trail - Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to post the record of the pre-bid site visit. The site visit was held on Monday as advertised, so the back up date will not be necessary. If you missed the one on Monday, you are welcome and encouraged to check out the site for yourself. This is a solicitation for construction (part trail dozer/min-excavator, part by hand) of a 1.5 mile bike trail on the historic Sutey Ranch near Carbondale, CO in accordance with the attached statement of work. A pre-bid hosted site visit is scheduled for 19 April at 10:00 with a weather back-up on 22 April. The Government estimates the rough order of magnitude to be between $25000 - $100,000. Davis Bacon Wages for Garfield County, CO 5. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonding 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 7. Basis of Award - Low Price Technically Acceptable with a thorough review of your technical response.
