Description

Please see FXSB 21 1068 Amendment 0001 for Repair Remove Wallpaper and Paint Offices B11550 - JBER, AK.� The purpose of amendment 0001 is to: A. Provide Attachment 1 - Site Visit Sign in Sheet from 19 April 2021. B. Provide Attachment 2 - Submitted Questions and Answers. C. Provide Attachment 3 - 11550 - 8225547 - Sample Map D. Provide Attachment 4 - 326238_B999_PLM_With_COC E. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. __________________________________________________________________ The Contractor shall provide a proposal to remove the existing wallpaper throughout the offices on the second floor of building 11550,� patch and repair walls, and then repaint. This will also include the installation of 6-inch commercial rubber cove base after a concurrent contract installs carpet on JBER (E), AK in accordance IAW the Scope Of Work dated 4/6/2021 and drawings attached.�
