Description

IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the 30th Contracting Office (30 CONS) is awarding a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for the Ventnor Communication Server, only one responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
