- SUBJECT: Large Scale Global Exercise (LSGE) 22 Industrial Strength portable�wash rack capability Problem Statement: The LGSE comprises multiple exercises supporting US Army Europe & Africa's exercise portfolio through numerous countries. The United�States Government seeks the potential commercial capability to support�portable, self-contained, industrial-strength wash rack and African Swine�Flu disinfection capabilities per applicable European Union regulations in�the following countries: Norway, North Macedonia, Estonia, Latvia,�Lithuania, Slovakia, and the Republic of Czech. The United States Government seeks the commercial capability to wash and�disinfect up to 1,000 pieces of military equipment and/or vehicles. Problem�set requires a daily throughput in 24 hours equal to approximately 200 pieces to be washed and disinfected to ensure onward movement. Capability shall include all required equipment to clean military equipment and vehicles and disinfect successfully. The contractor must have the�capacity to establish a mobile site with contained water removal, execute�all associate technical and managerial requirements, and be in compliance�with applicable rules and regulations. Provide the POC with applicable company literature outline interest and capability to perform this type of requirement. The USG is not seeking a single entity to perform in all of the above reference countries. The ability to perform in any of the nations is strongly encouraged to submit a capability statement.
