- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, Caribbean VA Healthcare System has a need to purchase a Portable Ultrasound Vein Arterial Detector Systems. This source sought is intended strictly for market research purposes only to determine the appropriate method and target audience for the solicitation.
