Description

�Subject: �HUZH 21-4004 Repair Replace Boiler Bldg B55804 **This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. Date: May 3, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for the replacement of the hot water boiler and associated equipment on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.� Demolition work includes removal of existing WEIL-McLAIN Boiler, BL-976-WS, and controls. The new work will include installation of new Hot Water Boilers and controls, and new Automated Logic Controls (ALC) DDC, installed by Meridian Systems, Inc. DDC to provide tandem boiler operation, efficiency operation with run time equalization, and modulating fire control. �Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 238220 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $16.5M PSC/FSC: 4410 Size Standard: $16,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 7 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 14 May 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
