Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning on behalf of the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to upgrade Lifecycle Replacement (LCR) equipment and update software for the MBL Facilities. This notice is valid until 10 May 2021, 09:00 AM EST and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals.� The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract from date of award. The NAICS code is 511210, and size standard is $41.5M.
