Description: The Great Plains Area Office intends to award a sole-source award with Architectural Specialties to remove and replace 12 exterior doors in the single staff quarters in a 4 apartment unit setting for the Rosebud IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota. This project will remove and replace current doors with steel doors and steel frames to include all necessary hardware to complete the work. � The resultant contract award Period of Performance shall be 45�days from Date of Award. Attached is the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency).
