Corey Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE What is the square footage estimate based upon? Floor space for each individual piece of equipment or does it take into consideration vertical storage. Floor space and not it does not take into consideration vertical storage Can multiple locations be consolidated based upon regions? Yes, as long as everything in the PWS is still adhered too (i.e. delivery times, etc.) Would the government reconsider the pricing model regarding equipment maintenance? As the Bed maintenance price per unit is drastically different than the ventilator maintenance price per unit. Without knowing quantities of the equipment, this can make pricing the maintenance cost difficult. No the equipment maintenance cost will be included as an all inclusive price. Will the government provide an opportunity to allow the contractor to perform a walk thru where the equipment is currently being stored? This will be the decision of the individual facilities. How are parts being accounted for in the maintenance price structure? Are parts to be included or excluded? Not all items that will need preventative maintenance. Is the equipment already on on-hand and in-use? N/A - Not sure how this relates to the this warehouse storage contract. Can the government provide an equipment inventory list with quantities? No, this is a contract to be used on a as needed basis. Can the government provide the acquisition dates of the equipment? No, when equipment will need to be stored the vendor will be notified of which equipment or supplies will be needed. What is the purpose of calling out the different facilities vs the VISN location? Can these be collocated? Each facility in V20 will be able to store items as needed see PWS. Can dimensions of the equipment and palletized equipment be provided? No, this is a contact to be used on a as needed basis. Can the manufacturer and model be provided? Yes, at the time of storage, the equipment information will be provided.
