Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate an Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification on an other than full and open competition basis with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (L3H), 1500 New Horizons Blvd., Amityville, NY 11701-1130.� The anticipated modification is for the procurement of P-8A Poseidon BRU-75 and BRU-76 bomb racks, technical data, and engineering support.� This action shall be procured pursuant of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� L3H, is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the BRU-75 and BRU-76 bomb racks integrated into the Navy�s P-8A platform with the detailed knowledge to allow them to perform the update in a timely and cost effective manner.
