North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 336419� SIC: 3769 SBA Size Standard: 1500 REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Government is conducting market research to request information regarding the Power Drive Unit (PDU), NSN: 1450-01-250-6138, P/N: F413-10946-501 and Power Drive Hand Controller, NSN: 1420-01-336-0907, P/N: 739452 with Power Drive Hand Controller Cable NSN: 6150-01-375-4826, P/N: 20021030-10. The PDU was manufactured to rotate the Common Strategic Rotary Launcher (CSRL) on the Suspended Load Frame (SLF). The SLF PDU has one Motor Valve Pack and a Power Drive Hand Controller with Cable that operates the PDU rotation to each station. The Government is interested in all potential sources. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and testing equipment to accomplish manufacture of an estimated twenty eight (28) new PDUs and Power Drive Hand Controllers and Cables listed below. Designs proposed may be hydraulic/electric or electric only.�� Please provide information regarding fielding and implementation i.e. power requirement etc.� Sources shall provide administrative lead times and production lead time necessary to stand up the proposed solution. Additionally, the Government would request potential sources to supply periodic maintenance procedures at Intermediate and Depot level for PDUs and Power Drive Hand Controllers with parts associated with Intermediate maintenance procedures for stock listing for sustainment through 2050+.
