This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5325-00-298-6557 / STUD, TURNLOCK FASTE.� The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside.� This is a 1C item and the OEM�s listed are: Cage 16258, SPACE-LOK, Inc., under part number 3M303C5W-6 Cage 29372, HOWMET Global Fastening System Inc., under part number 192015-5-6 Cage 76301, Boeing Company, under part number M192015-5-6 Cage 80539, SPS Technologies, under part number 3M303C5W-6 Cage 84256, AVIBANK MFG, Inc., under part number MT152C5W6 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510.� Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.� Estimated annual demand quantity is 12,939 each per base year and each option years.� Required delivery is 108 days ARO.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.� Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. �Surge requirement applies for 304 each, delivery is 30 days. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
