- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the change that permits firms to submit offers for one or more zones. As stated in Amendment 3 offerors may submit for one or more zones. The contradiction found in the submittal requirements stating �GSA will not accept proposals for more than one zone from any firm under this solicitation. If an offeror submits an offer for more than one zone, all offers received from the offeror will be rejected.� is hereby stricken from the combined synopsis/solicitation. The revised combined synopsis/solicitation is attached. A large firm may submit offers for more than one zone. Subconsultants may team with more than one firm. Stage one offer due date and time remain May 28, 2021, at 5 p.m. EDT.
