- The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify capable sources for ALL of the requirements outlined in the description below and the attached �Draft� bill of material (BOM). This notice does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotation) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes.� 1. Description of Desired Capabilities The NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center anticipates a need for Glenn Research Center support services required to continue use of Ansys� software and meet license requirements. Please see the attached draft BOM for a full description of the anticipated requirement. This requirement is subject to change if any solicitation arises from this Sources Sought Notice. Responses shall demonstrate an ability to provide technical support related to these Ansys software and license requirements. 2. Comprehensive Requirements To secure an agreement for technical enhancements and customer support (TECS) services needed to maintain performance and continue use of Ansys software. 3.�� Submission Instructions Responses from small businesses and small, disadvantaged business firms are highly encouraged.� A responding firm should indicate if it is a small business, a HUBZone small business, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, a woman-owned small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, an 8(a) firm, a historically black college or university, or a minority institution.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 � Software Publishers, has been selected for this requirement.� The small business size standard is $41.50. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing. �Proprietary information should be marked accordingly.
