Description

What was the previous contract number used to manage this requirement? Answer: Contract VA786-16-C-0065. Under Cleaning of Headstones/Markers: The requirement states cleaning 2 times per year, however the months listed are January, April, July, and October. How many times does the cemetery want the headstones/markers cleaned?  Answer: Two times a year for the contract, one in April/May before Memorial Day and the second in October before Veterans Day. Is there a storage area for edger s and any other equipment needed to do the work to be left onsite?  Answer: The current contractor has a CONEX container that they own and use to store their equipment at the Cemetery. Are there restrooms available for contractors use? Answer: Yes, there are public restrooms located at the Administration building, located at the front of the cemetery. Will water be available onsite for cleaning headstones?  Answer: Yes, there are connection points at the water stations around the cemetery.
