- DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, necessary to Install High Security Crash Rated Fixed Post Bollards. 13 each Fixed post bollard with stainless steel sleeve and 6 each Removable post bollard with stainless steel sleeve in front of building 550 and 590 at the Salt Lake City VA Regional Office. Project No./Title: 341VB3035 / Salt Lake City Regional Office Security Bollards Work Location: Salt Lake City Regional Office, 550 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84074 Estimated Target Completion Period: 90 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Standard is $36.5 Million. Product Service Code Y1JZ This is a construction solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 1, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the System of Award Management (SAM) web-site at beta.SAM.gov | Home At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award. Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - Contractors selected for award of this contract are expected to be good stewards of the environment by complying with federal, state and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications.
