- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Control of Variable Milfoil at the Hopkinton-Everett Lake Flood Control Project. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil at the Hopkinton-Everett Lake Flood Control Project.� Location consists of portions of Hopkinton Lake (Elm Brook Pool and Stumpfield Pool) and Drew Lake in Hopkinton, NH. The period of performance shall be from contract award to December 31, 2021.� Treatment shall start AFTER September 6, 2021 and BEFORE September 30, 2021 (or as specified via Permit Application).� This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 1, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Beta.Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
