Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2301-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated 03/10/2021. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313220 Narrow Fabric Mills. �This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees.UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with two (2) one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the following commercial item(s): Webbing. The finished goods are for sale to the Defense Logistics Agency/DLA. Any resulting contract will NOT contain an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause. The solicitation allows for a firm-fixed pricing on Base Year, Option Year 1, and Option Year 2. Take this into consideration when determining and submitting your price proposal for a multi-year contract. ALL ITEMS WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE OFFEROR. �FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ON ALL ITEMS MAY PREVENT AN OFFER FROM BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� Price evaluation will be based on the sum of the total extended price of the line items. �
