- Garcia and Associates, (large business), San Anselmo, CA 94960 (N62742-21-D-1800); International Archaeology, LLC (small business), Honolulu, HI (N62742-21-D-1801) and Pacific Consulting Services Inc. (small business), Honolulu HI (N62742-21-D-1802), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity multiple award cultural resource management services contract for projects located predominanatly for sites in Hawaii, Guam, Commonwealth Northern Marianas and other areas under the cognizance of within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC Pacific area of responsibility).� The maximum dollar value indluding the base period and four option years for all three contracts combined is $49,000,000.00.� Garcia and Associates, International Archaeology, LLC and Pacific Consulting Services, Inc. are being awarded the inital task order at $5,000.00 to fund the minimum guarantee for each contact (CLIN 0002).� Upon issuance of task orders that equal or exceed the minimum guaranteed amount, this task order will be modified to de-obligate the funds.� The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of May 2026.� These three contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.� The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii is the contracting activity.� The work may include, but is not limited to, archaeological surveys, subsurface testing, monitoring, archival research, data recovery, cultural and historical interpretation historic preservation document and media translation, geomorphological studies, historical and cultural landscape studies, HABS/HAER studies and other cultural resource survey and studies.� Projects will be primarily funded by the Government of the Untied States and partially by the Government of Japan, which is referred to as ""Mamizu"".
