Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, Maryland in support of the US Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) is issuing this notice of intent to procure items via Sole Source through the award of a purchase order to GraphPad Software, LLC.� Under the contemplated award, GraphPad Software, LLC, 2365 Northside Drive, Ste. 560, San Diego, CA 92108-2711, will provide GraphPad Prism-brand scientific statistical software.� This is a follow-on award to W81XWH-16-P-0223 which was performed by GraphPad Software, LLC.� Request for Information (RFI) W81XWH-21-0-RFI4 was posted on https://www.beta.SAM.gov/ from 12 May 2021 to 17 May 2021 with no responses received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 mil. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.� Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information by Friday, 04 June 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in order to establish the ability of the responder to meet this requirement.� A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this notification.� All inquiries must be submitted via email to terry.g.bice.civ@mail.mil by 5:00 PM Eastern on 06/04/2021.
