Description
This acquisition will be to establish a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing assets in the table below associated with the HH- 60G Helicopter Improved Altitude Hold and Hover Stabilization (IAHHS) System. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual one-year options. The SEU and TGT have a Repair Method Code (RMC/RMSC) of RMC �R3/R�.� R3 � Repair, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. Repair Method Suffix Code RMSC R; The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. The SIU, ACP, and the SEU -2 have a Repair Method Code (RMC/RMSC) of RMC �R4/R�. R4 � Repair, for the first time, directly from the actual manufacturer. Repair Method Suffix Code RMSC R; The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the System Electronics Unit (SEU), Torque and Turbine Gas Temperature Converter (TGT), System Interface Unit (SIU) System Electronics Unit (SEU)������ Symbol Generator Unit (SGU) and the Altitude Hover Hold Stabilization (AHHS) Control Panel (ACP) for the HH-60G Helicopter is DRS Advanced ISR, LLC. Inspection and Acceptance will be at F.O.B. Origin. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 120 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP is 60 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and the contractor. This is a sole source requirement to DRS Advanced ISR, LLC, 2601 Mission Point Blvd, Ste 250, Beavercreek, ��OH, 45431-6600. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
