AMENDMENT 0003 See Updated Attachments for Amendment 0003 posted on 5/20/21.� Revised Attachment 1 dated 5/20/21 Revise RFQ dated 5/20/21 Signed Amendment 0003 dated 5/20/21 by the CO AMENDMENT 0001 Attached is the ""Revised 4/20/2021 Combined Synopsis Solicitation"" that changes the procurement FROM a 100% Small Business Set Aside TO UNRESTRICTED.� The Government will now consider and evaluate Small and Large Businesses.�� The signed Amendment 0001 is also attached to the solicitation.� The quote submission due date remains unchanged.� See the attached ""Combined Synopsis Solicitation"" IAW RFQ #70CMSW21Q00000012. Pursuant to the authority listed in FAR 13.303-2, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition (OAQ) intends to establish multiple open market Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to procure various mission critical law enforcement equipment to support the ICE Officers and new ICE Academy entries. These specific parts needed are listed in Attachment 1� Master Parts List for LEO Equipment BPA.
