Sources Sought Notice: 2021-DLA-00292 �Beta.SAM Posting: Item Name: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY NSN: 5998-01-674-7533 Part Number: 57K7322 Quantity: 43 MIN/750 MAX End Item: M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Response Date: May 25, 2021 Requirements Description: The Digital Analog Input Output (DAIO) LRM, GDLS part number 12570261, herein referred to as the Assembly, is a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) Express 6U Line Replaceable Module (LRM) which performs Analog to Digital, Digital to Analog and Resolver to Digital conversion along with handling discrete and serial I/O. (DAIO-PFS-51) The government has limited rights in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7013 and 7017. However; the technical data package for the Digital And Analog I/O - DAIO With Container is suitable for a non-competitive procurement from General Dynamics Land Systems. In addition, the Firmware described in drawing PN 12570776 is provided by GDLS; and this firmware is used on PN 12570226. Without compatibility between the hardware and the firmware, the system will not perform as desired, if at all. Note: General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada stable based mylars are needed to manufacture the Digital And Analog I/O - DAIO; however, General Dynamics Missions Systems-Canada will not release the stable based mylars to their competitors.
