Description
1.�������� This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.� The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes. 2.�������� Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform grinding and hauling services for all green waste currently stored on-site at the Fire Training Area on Hickam AFB, HI. After grinding is complete, the contractor shall be responsible for the removal and hauling of green waste off Government property to an approved off-base green waste disposal site. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment required to grind and haul away green waste from Fire Training Area. All green waste located within FTA shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Provide disposal of all green waste at an approved off-base green waste disposal facility. Contractor shall be responsible for all fees associated with disposal. To assist in mobilization and staging of the contractor�s equipment, the government shall provide a laydown area for their equipment at the Fire Training Area (FTA). Maintenance of all equipment will be the responsibility of the contractor. 3.�������� All on-site work shall commence within 21 days after contract award and be completed within 60 calendar days, or until all green waste has been removed from government property. Procurement method: Solicitation for Commercial Items. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562119 and the annual size standard is $41,500,000. 4.�������� Interested sources capable of providing the required services must respond by email to samantha.tomisato@navy.mil no later than June 4, 2021.
