- EXTENDED: The posting is being extended to accommodate time needed to work with Q&A. UPDATE 5/18/2021: Questions asked and answered: 1.�Could you please confirm that the submission of a resume for the staff we propose to perform the work will suffice as the Technical Capability volume for this RFQ? If that does not suffice, could you please clarify what the requirements are for the Technical Capability volume? �A resume with staff capabilities, and/or descriptions for similar past projects will suffice for the technical capabilities. Quotations will be passed on to the client for final review. 2.�Is there a pricing spreadsheet or SF 1449 on which we should submit our price quote? Quotes can be submitted using your own format or letterhead. There is no required form for solicitation responses. 3.�I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement.�If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number? This is a new requirement, with no incumbent data. END UPDATE 5/18/2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541519. The small business size standard is $30.0 million or 150 employees. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: The primary objective of this requirement is to transfer the SoundToxins database to WA Sea Grant, which includes the following deliverables. Package the SoundToxins schema and the associated ApEx application which is currently on the Pubedb database to deliver to WA Sea Grant. Move the current trimmed down Apexuseradmin schema and the associated ApEx application which is used to administer the users that access the Soundtoxins Database. Set up map services that will read dynamically from latitude and longitude pairs on the Sites table in the Soundtoxins schema Configure the site to run through another domain and not through the current domain which is www.webapps.nwfsc.noaa.gov/soundtoxins. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND DUNS NUMBER.
