Description

This requirement is for the purchase of 15 BD Alaris 8015 PCUs, 3 BD Alaris 8300 ETCO2 Modules, 22 Alaris 8100 LVP Pump Modules, 5 Alaris 8110 Syringe Pumps, and any software necessary to operate the equipment or�equal products that are�able to meet our salient characteristics listed in the solicitation. Solicitation number FA286021Q0024�is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03. All small businesses under NAICS code�339112�may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. Offerors must specify warranty terms. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors are asked to complete the attached SF1449 solicitation and return to the POC, A1C Zachary M Ayoubi, no later than 12:00 PM on 1 June 2021.
