- ***NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE*** Estimated Date of Award: June 1 2021 (ASK ABOUT THE POP ON SOW) Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Southeast Network, 3700 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 500, Duluth, GA 30096 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source requirement to: Clinicomp International, Inc. 9655 Towne Center Dr. San Diego, CA 92121 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 511210 with a business size standard of 41.5 million. The proposed contract is for Annual Maintenance Service Clinical Information system (CIS) for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will evaluate all responses that are received by 4:00 pm EST May 28, 2021 for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
