Description

Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Digital Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Theater Battle Control Division, Hanscom AFB, MA intends to award a�contract on a sole source basis to Borsight Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the Mobility Air Force Tactical Data Links (MAF TDL) program,�with an estimated contract award date of June 2021.�The period of performance is six months, from June 2021 to December 2021. �In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 6. 302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy The Agency Requirement. This contract action is for a six month extension of the current�Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)�for the fielded aircrew communication systems to include Dynamic Re-tasking Capability (DRC), Combat Track II (CTII) and Real Time Information in the Cockpit (RTIC). This effort covers Operational Support and Sustainment (OSS), in the form of Depot Support (DS), Cyber Security (CS) and Field Support (FS) services. In addition to the OSS, Borsight will transition the Tactical Airlift Mission Software Suite (TAMSS) sustainment capabilities from contractor facility to Robins AFB, in accordance with the approved Source of Repair Assignment (SORA). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract action. A solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.�The Government will not reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
