Description

The 130th Engineer Battalion has a requirement to purchase groceries in order to prepare food to the troops during the Annual Training 2021 that will take place at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas PR.� Annual Training will start on July 10, 2021 and will end on July 24, 2021, during this period there will be three (3) delivery list scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 311999 with a size standard of 500 employees. � The groceries needs to be deliver on the following dates: July 9, 2021, July 13, 2021, and July 16, 2021.� The groceries must be deliver according to the grocery list for that day.� The groceries list are included in the attached Solicitation.
