Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with�(IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in�this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested�and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is �NEED00002100661� and is issued as a request for�proposal (RFP) for a commercial fixed-price contract to a sole source using the North American�Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210, Software Publishers with a small business size�standard of $41.5 million. The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through�Federal Acquisition Circular Number: 2021-05, effective 3/10/2021.� You are requested to submit a technical and a separate full price proposal for the effort as�described in Section L. Responses are due via email by 2:00pm, Eastern Time on June 25, 2021 to Todd Blose (Contracting�Officer, todd.blose@noaa.gov). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses�are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. When responding, please include �RFP�NEED00002100661� on the subject line. To verify receipt of your response, please contact the�aforementioned by e-mail. Proposals must be valid for at least 90 days from date of submission. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted via email by 12:00pm Eastern Time on�June 25, 2021 to Todd Blose (Contracting Officer, todd.blose@noaa.gov). Answers will be�provided as soon as practicable. The Contracting Officer (CO) reserves the right to make no�award under this RFP.
