Page 6 of 6 The Puget Sound VAMC is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or Small Business sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Minimum Salient Characteristics: Electric Drill Console Must be compatible with Stryker Electric Micro Drill 6400-015-000 and Stryker S2 Drills 5450-400-000 Must have ability to support all surgical specialties. Must have programming that auto-activates screens and brings up options based on the connected drills. Must have connectable foot pedal Must have ability to create and store different user profiles Must have colored illumination rings around the plugs indicating where each handpiece and foot pedal is plugged in. Must have personal preference options in multiple features. Must have ability to run to drill hand pieces at one time when they are both plugged into the same console. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333991. Any SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 13:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, July 22, 2021. Notification shall be e-mailed to Ladell Holmes, at ladell.holmes@va.gov. Any vendor who responds to this Notice must provide credentials to perform the requirement as outlined in the below scope.
