Description

The USG purpose�for this sources sought is to obtain information to stimulate competition as well as assist the USG in developing a fair and reasonable cost base line to upgrade one (1) VTC system, to include AV equipment, located at HIll AFB, Bldg 1224, conference room. �This requirment is a service based contract (installation of equipment and software)�with some supply (equipment). The essential equipment needed for this requirement is as follows. Please note, the USG understands items may need to be swapped out; therefore, this is subject to change, but at a minimum, establishes a base line to work from. Cisco Webex Room Kit plus NR or Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro NR, Must work with Zoom and Teams thru the conference system. Must be compliant with DoDIN approved compliant link provided. https://aplits.disa.mil/processAPList.action.� Must have software revision 12.5. 2 6500 LUMAN LASER PROJECTORS WHITE � Need roof mounting hardware CRESTRON DIGITAL MEDIA PRESENATION SYSTEM CRESTRON 10.1"" TABLETOP TOUCH SCRN BLACK CRESTRON 7"" TABLETOP TOUCH SCREEN BLACK Wireless CRESTRON 8G+ TRANSMITTER 201 CRESTRON DM 8G+� Rx, Rm controller scaler BINARY B6 SERIES 4K UHD 1M EXTRON DMP 128 PLUS C V AT Ceiling Mics-2 SHURE 24"" CEILING ARRAY MICROPHONE WHITE.� Needs to be able to clip out HVAC system.� AV unit will need to be able to clip on the HVAC frequency as well. GIGABIT SWITCH PoE+ BINARY 10M B6 ACTIVE 4K HDMI W ETHERNET CAT 6 shielded wire, Cat 6 Unshielded, Rack hardware and interconnect cables, West Penn 2 cond MIC wire black and any other items that may be needed. Programing for the entire system thru the touch panels, to include lights which already has a module installed and compatible with Crestron, Phone system is also a POTS Line that will need to be integrated for people to call in.� 1 year warranty for any issues from the install date.�� Will need email, direct phone line, and onsite if it can�t be fixed.
