- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Backup Software Services. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and support service coverage for data backup software.� The work includes obtaining technical support and software upgrades for data backup software for the New England District. Software is used to backup all New England District data stored on virtual and physical servers to LTO tapes and are maintained for one year which satisfies current district requirements. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 23, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).� The applicable NAICS code is 541511�with a�Size Standard of $30�Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
