Description

Notice Of Intent � Sole Source Award for Defense Media Activity Enterprise procure services and support for commercial off-the-shelf Atlassian Jira and Confluence project management and service desk software currently. The Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to enter into a non-competitive interim/bridge contract with the incumbent contractor, Gryphon Technologies, LC. (CAGE CODE: 05TP2), 80 M ST, SUITE 600, Washington, District of Columbia 20003-3544. The interim/bridge contract is non-personal services so that the vendor shall continue to procure services and support for commercial off-the-shelf Atlassian Jira and Confluence brand name project management and service desk software currently used by the DMA Enterprise located at the Defense Media Activity � Headquarters (DMA-HQ), 6700 Taylor Ave. FT. Meade, MD 20755. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the interim/bridge contract on a sole source basis under FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The interim/bridge contract is for the period of 08/23/2021 through 08/22/2022. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation document is available. A determination by the DMA will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
