Description: The National Guard Bureau (NGB) requires a construction project�to build a Visitor�s Center at the fence line at the TARC in Arlington, Virginia. This contracts provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Type �C� services for construction contract administration for the Visitor�s Center. Type �C� services�include documenting and providing answers to contractor�s requests for information, submittals,�attendance and records at progress meetings, review of lab results, preparation of as-built drawings, and�a number of site visits to inspect the building during construction to ensure the construction contractor is�following the design.� A sole source justification was signed using the authority of 41 U.S. Code 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source Below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. That justification recommends a sole source award to Moseley Architects (DUNS: 058907353) at 3200 Norfolk Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230-4428.
