- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2021-06.� The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00021R00000083. Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.betasam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions � Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders � Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.� The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.aquisitions.gov/far. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must reference the solicitation # #15A00021R00000083. All questions must be received by 5:00PM EST on July 20, �2021. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Proposals should be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All Proposals must be received by 2:00PM EST on July 23, 2021 and must reference solicitation #15A00021R00000083. Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted. NOTE: The government is holding an onsite visit on July 20, 2021 at 10:00am CST. Vendors shall submit the names of the individuals who will be attending the onsite visit to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and Michael.Woods@atf.gov. Anybody contractor who does �not��attend the onsite walk thru July 20, 2021 at 10:00am CST will not be eligible to submit a final proposal. There will be no exception to this. �Visitors must go to the following location: Redstone Arsenal Gate 9 Research Visitor Center Huntsville, AL 35898 The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to extend the due date for proposals to July 27, 2021 3:00pm EST. The purpose of this Amenment 0002 is hereby issued to change the quantity of teh Modular Homes to two (2) each and due date for proposals to August 12, 2021 3:00pm est.
