- This Sources Sought Notice (SS) is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of DLA Energy. �DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel support for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy in the CENTCOM region. This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in CENTCOM region: Jordan, Middle East Note:� All vendors and subcontractors must be registered and approved in the JCCS (Joint Contingency Contracting System).
