Description

SPECIAL NOTICE Description: The purpose of this special notice is to provide industry with the DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the JBSA Camera Replacement at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX (Attachment #1). The 502d Contracting Squadron plans to issue a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) to allow all interested vendors an opportunity to provide their solution to the final SOO for government evaluation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ. The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under the authority of Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) 5313.106-1 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901). This special notice is NOT a RFQ or proposal request. No offers will be accepted as a response to this notice, however, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to ericka.mcglone@us.af.mil with a copy to rachel.demone@us.af.mil. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. The complete special notice is available in attachments. �
