- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform brick repointing repairs and apply a waterproofing sealer to the exterior brick of a pumpstation building in Providence, RI.� Work includes repointing and approximately 84 linear feet of crack repairs on the south and east sides of building. The total brick area to be waterproofed is approximately 18,000 sq ft. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238140 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
