- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor seeks responsible small business authorized reseller to provide the following items, associated parts and kits. Please see attachment titled 1.03 Parts List. The required delivery Date is 30 DAYS after date of contract Shipping FOB DESTINATION costs shall be included in the quote. U.S. PACIFIC FLEET BLDG 250 MAKALAPA DRIVE PEARL HARBOR, HI 96860-3131 System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. Evaluation factors The basis of award will be low price technically acceptable (LPTA). Offers will be considered Technical acceptable if they include all items requested. Complete and return attachment 1: FAR Clause 52.212-3 and ALT I and return it with your quote. - This form contains the information that is in your SAM registration, please scroll to page 4 sec (2). - If no update to your company�s information is needed, please type in NA - If any of the choices below section (2) are changed please check or update and list the section number(s) in section (2) Please complete and return the 4.02.2 FAR 52.212-3 (FEB 2021) and Alt I and FAR 52.204-24 - Reps Regarding Certain Telecommunications _ Oct 2020 with your quote. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number and, business size. All Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than 1800 Hawaii Standard Time Monday 27 August 2021 All Quotes must be received no later than 1800 Hawaii Standard Time 31Aug 2021. All correspondence should be sent digitally to the above email address as well as all quote submissions. Payment will be electronic through the wide area workflow (WAWF).
