- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source a purchase order for�additional licenses of Geocap Maritime Limits and Boundaries tool for ArcGIS.�This contract will be under NAICS code 511210 to GEOCAP AS,�Schweigaardsgate 28 0191 Oslo, Norway.� The estimated Period of Performance is 12 months.� This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 UCS 253(c)(1), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, GEOCAP AS�only responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agency requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. Should potential offerors believe they have a solution that meets the needs as described in the market reaserach quote, respond to this notice by submitting a brief summary of capabilities that would give the government enough information to effectively evaluate the response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responses received by the deadline located in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible may be based upon responses to this notice and is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are recieved by the deadline to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, an award will be negotiated withGEOCAP AS. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective described in the attached market research quote. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
