Description
Contractor shall furnish including but not limited to all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Tulane Ave, New Orleans LA 70119 with twenty-(20) HOAWRD Medical Technology Solution (Howard med) mobile laptop-medical carts (brand name or equal). The equipment, all of its accessories, and supplies that come with the equipment shall be brand new. The equipment, and all related accessories are hereinafter collectively referred as ""Deliverables"". All Deliverables shall be delivered within 45 days after award and as free on board (FOB) destination. Howard Med Specifications are attached herein for reference. The RFI is for brand or ""equal"". General Specifications are as follow: �Work surface height should be adjustable. Lowest work surface height shall be 29.5 inches. Adjustable monitor height and tilt angle. Cart (with all factory installed accessories that increase footprint of cart) shall fit through 36-inch doorway. Computer and keyboard space shall be independent from and not encumber workspace. Cart shall have at least 4 wheels each at least 5 inches in diameter. At least two wheels shall have locking mechanisms. Cart shall have 270 degrees handles/grab for easy steering. Push/Pull force of empty cart shall not exceed 5 lbs. Dedicated housing for mouse when not in use. Equipment should be constructed of durable materials that will withstand typical use for no less than 3 years. Cart should have apparatus to physically secure computer. All factory installed accessories should be securely mounted. Single power cord for charging. Power cord is accessible and recoil-able during transportation without bending or stooping. Power cord shall be no less than 3 feet and shall expand to 8 feet. Cart with power supply shall be compliant with applicable portions of United Laboratories (UL) standard 6060-1. Cart shall have a charging status indicator visible to the user without the need to stoop or bend. Battery does not require tools to access. Factory installed cabling shall be concealed from users. Equipment shall include operational and maintenance manual, as applicable All units must have a warranty. Company shall provide the following:�Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: Interested contractors are requested to submit documentation showing they are capability provide the�Howard Medical Technology Solution (Howard med) mobile laptop-medical carts�brand or equal. In the response please cite business size status and socio-economic designation. Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or order vehicle in accordance with FAR Part 8? If so, please provide the schedule, contract type, and contract number. Past Performance data for similar and compatible services. (Facility, Contract Number, and Value) Recommend changes to NAICS or PSC with reasoning. Provide pricing for the following: (A) Twenty-(20)�Mobile Cart, (B) Installation of 20 Carts, and (c) Training 3-5 employees on cart usage.� Do you have a distributor/service agreement with the OEM? You must include this in the response. If you are proposing an equal product, you will need to provide a cross comparison of the brand to your product for consideration. Reference FAR Clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal.�OEM specifications are included herein for reference.
